MEETING THE PRINCIPAL
If the grievance of the parents remains unsolved at the level of teacher, parents may contact the Incharge / Principal.

• Parents are requested earnestly to co-operate with the school in enforcing regularity and discipline.
• The School Diary must be brought to school by the kid everyday, so that significant information can be conveyed by parents & teachers.
• The Diary should be checked everyday for any communication from the school. The same should be acknowledged by the parents by putting their signatures.
• It is to be ensured that a kid comes to the school in proper uniform. It is compulsory for the kid to wear I-Card to school everyday.
• Please label all the note books, books, water bottle, school bag, shoes, socks etc. of the kid.
• Please notify the school of any change in the address or contact number.
• Please guide the kid to memorize his/her full name, name of parents, name of the class teacher, class, address, contact number and any other needed information.
• Please keep a pair of labeled undergarments and an extra pair of school dress in the child’s bag for change in case of emergency.
• Parents must ensure that their wards do not use any foul language.
• No expensive ornament or jewellery to be worn by the kid. Girls are not permitted to wear fancy clips, nail paint etc.
• A tissue paper or handkerchief should be sent daily to the school along with napkin.
• A kid suffering from any contagious Disease should stay at home till he/she recovers fully.
• Parents can meet teacher on all working days with prior appointment.
• On every Friday student’s cleanliness and neatliness would be checked.
• Do not harass your children or punish them when they fall short of your ecpections in academics. Try
  to encourage them and build confidence in them.

KID'S I-CARD

• All students are given an I-card at the beginning of the session. This I-Card must be worn to school
  everyday to ensure the child’s security.
• The details in the I-card must be furnished correctly in the I-card form. The loss of I-card should be
  reported to the school immediately. A duplicate I-card will be issued on payment of Rs. 20/-

GUARDIAN'S I-CARD

• Each parent is issued a guardians I-card which is to be collected from the school
• A kid will not be allowed to leave the school premises unless escorted by the guardian’s I-card.
• Arguing with the guard/staff who is checking the guardian’s I-card, should be avoided.
